Group leader, Prof. Marta Schuhmacher professor of Environmental Engineering at the School of Chemical Engineering at the “Rovira i Virgili” University, Director of the Environmental Analysis and Management research group (AGA) and Technical Director of TecnATox group. Editorial board member of the journals: IEAM, ET & C and Scientific World Journal. Member of “The network on “Contaminated sites and Health” coordinated by WHO Regional Office for Europe, “The Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry” and “The Society for Risk Analysis (SRA)”. As a result of the work, she has published a book, several chapter books and a big number of international publications (more than 200) in peer-reviewed journals.
Expertise: Fate and transport models, Uncertainty analysis, Expert Systems for the decision-making processes in risk analysis.
