Group leader, Prof. Eduardo de Oliveira Fernandes: PhD in Technical Sciences and Mechanical Engineering, Full Professor of FEUP. He created a group with major activities on IAQ and Environment in the Urban Space. He is member for over 20 years of the SC of JRC-ECA, participated in the INDEX and STRATEX projects and, among others, was the responsible for the building thermal regulation process in Portugal for 25 years, which includes the IAQ assessment, too.
